We would like to inform you that Joan Clark, Public Health Nurse, will be doing puberty presentations at Saint Andrew’s school for students in Grade 5 on Friday, April 12th; at 12:30pm for the girls and 1:30 pm for the boys. This presentation will fall in line with the provincial curriculum, however, if you have any question please contact the school. Below are the web sites with the information that Mrs. Clark will be presenting to the students about.

There is no school for students Friday, April 5th. Parent Teacher Interviews will be held Thursday evening, April 4thfrom 6:00-8:30 pm and tomorrow morning – Friday, April 5th from 9:00-11:30 am.
K-2 Students – They will be travelling by bus to Dr. Losier Middle School on April 10thto see the play, The Velveteen Rabbit. This play is put on by TNB Young Company. They will be leaving the school at 8:50 am. We are asking each student to bring in a $1 to help cover the cost. The school will pay the remaining cost ($1 for each student).

In support of World Autism Day on Tuesday, April 2nd, 2013 Saint Andrews will be participating in Autism Hat Day.Students are permitted to wear a hat in school and contribute a small donation to Autism Resources Miramichi Inc.
Staff from the Douglaston Sobey’s Store (680) presented the students of Saint Andrews and Mr. Williston with a $200.00 dollar donation from the Wishing Well Program. This is a wonderful example of how our Community is giving back by supporting local fundraising programs.

Anglophone School District North has renamed the Annual
Elementary Science Fair to the STEM Fair. STEM stands for Science Technology
Engineering and Mathematics. This Fair is designed to offer students the chance
