Homework for the week of March 19-23

1. lecture 15 minutes (journal) 2. Math quiz Part 2 tomorrow on Measurement since we did not have time to do it last Friday due to Middle Island Clusters. 3. We will be starting Fractions this week and a memo went out with your child. 4. Library Thursday and we will also be going to Carrefour Beausoleil @ 10:00. 5. Report cards will be going home Tuesday March 20. 6. Parent teacher Interviews will be held Thursday night and Friday morning for parents who would like to meet with me. 7. There is a memo that went home for students who would like to participate in the Earth day art contest. 8. Please make sure your child brings in their report card envelope tomorrow Tuesday March 20.   Have a great week! Looking foward to the nice weather.

1. lecture 15 minutes (journal) 2. English reading log 3. math quiz this Wednesday: area, volume, measure with a ruler, conversion (cm__m) 4. We will be going to the book fair tomorrow (Tuesday 2:30-2:50) No Library this week! 5. math due tomorrow: page 147 #2,3,4   * Please note their will be no school for students this Friday! Homework for the week of February 13-17

1. lecture 15 minutes (journal) 2. math- pages 140 #1-2 for Wednesday (we are currently working on volume) 3. study math facts-Please remember, any incomplete math in class will be sent home with your child. 4. Library on Thursday   *Thank you to all the parents who send in Valentine treats to the class. We really enjoyed them. Also, a big thank you to the home and school for all the goodies you have given our staff here at Saint-Andrew's.

Homework for the week of February 6-10

1. lecture 15 minutes (journal de février) 2. math quiz this Thursday-questions will be the exact same as #3, 4, 12 on pages 124 if you would like to practice with your child. 3. practice math facts (multiplications and divisions) 4. memos sent home 5. Library this Thursday   6. Mr. Duplessie could not make it today for our green screen project, however he will be here this Friday morning. Please make sure your child is ready if he/she wishes to use the green screen for their Social Studies project. 7. Any incomplete math in class will be sent home this week.   Bonne semaine! Homework for the week of Jan. 30-Feb.3

1. lecture 15 minutes (journal) 2. math sheet will be due tom. (Wed.) Study math facts every night! 3. Gr. 5 skating on Wednesday 4. Our class will be going canoeing Thursday. Please bring back permission slips.   5. Mr. Duplessie will be coming to our class on Monday February 6 to help any students who would like to use the green screen for their Social Studies projects. Projects will be due on February17 th. If any groups would love to present befere that date, please let me know. Homework for the week of Jan. 9-13

Happy New Year! Bonne Année!   1. lecture du livre "Les civilisations anciennes" pages 12-13 (for Tuesday)   2. math: Please make sure your child studies their math facts every night. We are still in Unit 3: Multiplication and Divisions. They will be quized once or twice a week on basic facts. Math sheets will also be send home to review what we are doing in class. Any incomplete math work will also be sent home. 3. Do not forget our Library days are on Thursday's. 4. If you have any questions about their Social Studies project, they will be due in February, since the students will need lots of time to work on them.   Have a great week!   Mlle Rousselle :)

Christmas shopping party!

Please don't forget about our Christmas shopping party this Monday and Tuesday December 19th-20th. All items will be sold for $1.50. Make sure your child has a list of people they want to buy for this Christmas.

no math quiz tomorrow

Since we've been busy with the Christmas Concert this week and haven't had a chance to practive much mental math, the math quiz on page 97-98 will be next Tuesday December 20  They must read page 10 -11 in there Social Studies book for tomorrow. This can be for the "journal" homework.     Have a great weekend!

Notice: School Supplies
