Reminder to all Grade 5 students. On Wednesday, June 10th, we will be leaving on our Field Trip and will be going to Moncton to the Magnetic Hill Zoo. Remember to bring in your permission slip by Tuesday (Tomorrow). Remember to arrive at school on time, as we will be leaving at 8:30 sharp. We plan to return to the school at 2:45pm. Reminder to bring: Bagged lunch with extra snacks and plenty of watermoney to purchase a treat or something at gift shopDress for the weathercomfortable shoes

The students did a fantastic job at the Christmas concert today! They should all be very proud of themselves.
Great memories were had at their last St.Andrews Elementary concert!

The student council is organizing a Christmas dance for the grades 4-5 students.
It will be held in the gym from 3:15-4:30.
Students must bring in permission slips in order to attend.
They will be going out next Monday, December 8th.

Just a reminder:
Students must read atleast 20 minutes each night and log in their reading log. Parents, please sign their reading log eatch night.
Students are studying their multiplication facts. Please study your X3 and X6 facts this week.
We have begun our Show and Tell "en français" on fridays. Students are allowed to bring something in from home, but it has to fit in their book bag and can not be alive. Please choose wisely. If it's very valuable, you may want to bring in a picture of it.
Also, Report cards will be going out next week.

Happy Halloween!!
We have a lot of fun activities planned for our students on Friday to celebrate Halloween.
We have our Halloween dinner in the cafeteria, which will be the only meal served that day, our Sock Hop from 11:30 to 12:00 and then the teachers have planned a costume parade followed by some fun activities.
We are asking that all students please bring their costumes in, rather than wearing them. They will be given an opportunity to put them on. Also, please remember that we have nut allergies in our school so please send in nut free treats. Our class has 13 students

A memo was sent home today about the Open House that will be held Tuesday, September 9th at 6:00pm. We hope to see you there to meet the staff, review what St. Andrews has to offer and we are asking for volunteers for Home & School and PSSC.
