Fall Fair - Friday Sept. 27th

Come out and enjoy some Fall Fun at Saint Andrew’s first annual Fun Fall Fair.  Some of the things you can enjoy will be: · Balloon Animals · Face Painting · Games · Boys & Girls Fun Zone · Dress up Photo Booth ($1/picture) · BBQ with hot dogs, chips, pop, and water ($1/item) · Bake Sale ($1/item) · Popcorn ($2/bag) · 50/50 We are looking for volunteers to help set up and take down the Boys & Girls Fun Zone.  If you are able to help do either, please contact the school and let us know what you can do. Please check out the map on the  back for set up and entrance for our Fun Fall Fair.  Hope to see you there! * All proceeds will be going toward additional equipment for the playground.  * $5/person or $10/family

Early School Closures

Hi Families, Mrs. Donnelly and I have sent home a form for you to complete regarding any early school closures we might have (i.e. bad weather, ½ days). Please check your child’s notice folder and return this form by Monday Sept. 23rd and if you have any questions about this form or anything else here at Saint Andrews’, please let us know. School Memo

MEMO To:          Parents From:        Ralph Williston, Vice Principal Date:        September 16, 2013 Re:          Open House and Terry Fox Walk   Just a reminder that our school’s Open House is tonight at 6pm. Following the Open House there is a meeting for the parents of students in the Grade 3 French Immersion program.   The school will hold our Terry Fox Walk on Friday September 20th .Students will be leaving the school at 10:15am and will walk to the Waterford Green and back.  We ask that each student make a small donation to this worthy cause.   A few other dates we would like you to remember: Grandparents Day Concert, Sept. 24th at 9:15am (K-3 Students only) Fall Fair, Sept. 27th from 4:30 to 6:30pm (Whole school) Thank you.

Open House

School Memo Sept. 11th

We would like to invite you to our school Open House on Monday September 16th. The Open House will run from 6 to 7pm and be held in our cafeteria. The Open house will be followed by the Grade 3 French Immersion parent information meeting.  This is a wonderful opportunity to learn a little bit more about our school and meet your child’s teachers. The K-3 classes will be hosting our annual Grandparents Day Concert on Tuesday September 24th at 9:15am. Please come out and see our primary students perform for the first time this year. Just a reminder that the Student Information Sheets have been sent home and need to be returned to school as soon as possible. Some Information sheets have been re-sent home because of some missing information, so please check your child homework bag to see if we still need some additional information.
