1.  Math duotang-  F.R. 3.26 Lecon 1 2.  English Reading 15 mins 3.  Scholastic orders due Feb 4, 2011

1.  Math page 84-finish number 1-5 2.  Reading-English 15 mins 3.  We are going skating tomorrow-don't forget your skates and helmet.
1.  Carnet de lecture-Due Friday. 2.  Math-Red Duotang- F.R. 6.32 -Lecon 7 Draw 3 circles and label each one ( 1 circle should be labeled as 0 lines of symmetry/0 axe de symétrie, the next circle should be labeled 1 line of symmetry/1 axe de symétrie, and the last one should be labeled more than 1 line of symmetry/plus qu'un axe de symétrie)   Once you have your 3 circles drawn you are to place the letters of the alphabet in the correct circles.  You are to use the capital form of the alphabet.  for example:  the letter A would have one symmetrical line-vertically, so it would go in the circle labeled 1 axe de symétrie.

1.  Feuille Reproductible 6.30-Lecon 1 (#1-  rectangular prism- what is it made up of?  how many faces, sommets and aretes does it have? #2-  triangular prism-  what is it made up of?  how many faces, sommets and aretes does it have?   ex.  a cube would be made up of 6 squares.  It has 8 sommets, 6 faces et 12 aretes.   #3.  Find objects at home that are in the form of a rectangular prism or triangular prism and write them down to share with the class tomorrow.)   2.  English Reading-15 Mins.

1.  Carnet de lecture-Due Friday 2.  Start thinking of items to make your habitat for Science. 3.  Items for the Food Bank I will not be at school on Wednesday and Thursday.  I would like for everyone to finish the math lesson on geometry that you start in class on Wednesday with Mr. Thompson to be finished at home on Wednesday night so it can be corrected in class on Thursday.

Just wanted to say congratulations to the class on winning the M.A.D.(Making A Difference) Award for this term.  Keep up the great work and setting a great example for other students in the school.
