Math - A Math page is to be completed for homework.  Students began working on this page in class.  It is on 2 digit by 2 digit multiplication (long multiplication).  There will be a test on Tuesday.  Some students are struggling with wrapping their heads around the traditional method of multiplying.  While knowing one method is acceptable, I strongly encourage them to practice and become familiar as it will help them in Middle School next year.  By signing it, you are acknowledging that you know where they are at with these kinds of multiplication.

Science - Science test is going home today.  Please sign.  Students completed this test and then had 15 minutes open book to verify their answers etc.

Comme j’ai mentionné l’autre jour, notre session d’art de cette semaine va être changé à cause du concert de noël et la pratique.  J’ai quelques idées de comment on va le remplacer, mais il faut que j’assure les dates des autres événements autour de l’école.  Une note sera envoyée à la maison demain (lundi).

As I had already mentioned the other day, our art session scheduled for this week will be changed because of the Christmas concert and rehearsals.  I have a few ideas of when to reschedule, but I want to double-check dates of events going on around the school first.  A note will be sent home tomorrow (Monday).
