As Halloween is quickly approaching, many parents are asking me how many students there are in the class! There are 24 students in the class. We also have three adults in the class as well.  I would also like to remind all of you of the allergies in our class. We have two severe allergies: Peanuts and Honey. Please be aware of what you are sending in so that all of my students are safe! I am allowing students to bring treats in, on Oct. 31st, to hand out in the afternoon following our school-wide Halloween celebration. Everyone will be permitted to wear a costume that day as well!!Happy Halloween everyone!!

We have some of the same homework every night (except on weekends). Everyone must read for 20 minutes. Your child will have "Lis 20 minutes" written in his or her Agenda. This must be done every night. They must also practice their multiplication tables every night as well. The key to knowing their multiplication facts is memorization, so practice is very important! There are several websites you can visit as well to practice these. Some are: http://www.multiplication.com/gameshttp://www.fun4thebrain.com/mult.html... could also do it the good old fashioned way and use flash cards as well!! If you ever have any questions or concerns about the homework, please do not hesitate to contact me at the school.
