We have received our soccer schedule for the 2013 season (see below).  Games will be played on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s afterschool. In most instances, games should begin between 3:30- 4:00 pm. Games are 50 mins. in length. For home games, we ask that the students meet in the gym area at 3:10 pm. They are required to bring their book bags with them as they are not allowed to return to their classrooms after the game. Students are not permitted to use the change room unless a coach is present. When players are ready, they will meet their coaches in the gym. For away games, players will meet their coaches in the gym area at 3:10 pm. Attendance will be taken and drives will be sorted out. Our school Cross Country team competed at the first meet of the season yesterday at NSEE. Our school had 36 runners participating and all our runners did extremely well. Our school had many top 10 finishers and 6 in the top three. Our next practice will be on Monday Sept. 23rd from 3 to 4pm and our next meet will be on Wednesday Sept. 25th at Croft Elementary school. Please encourage your child to be running before our next practice and you might even want to join them for a run. Thank You

This is the new District schedule and we will notify you of any other changes that need to be made as soon as we are given them.  Coaches will meet all runners at the meet location 10 to 15 minutes prior to the start time.  Please ensure that arrangements have been made for transportation for your child to and from each meet.  Runners have been given their Uniform Contract and once the contract is returned to school they will get their uniform. We have purchased uniforms for the Cross Country team and can’t wait to see them on the students.  If you have any questions please see one of the coaches. Students need to be running on their own outside of our regular practice times to develop their running endurance for the season and we recommend that they run at least 3 times a week in addition to our practice times (but make it fun).      Thank you for your help and cooperation.
