Elementary SoccerYour son/daughter has expressed an interest in playing on the St. Andrew’s soccer team. We play in a league consisting of other elementary schools in the surrounding area. The league begins in early September and finishes in October with an end-of-season jamboree. We play a home and away schedule so some travelling is involved. It is important to note that parents/guardians are responsible for transporting their child to and from all games. We usually play 2 games a week with all games played afterschool. I will send home information on teams and schedules when they become available. Because of the early and short season, our practice time will be limited . Practices will be held afterschool from 3:10 – 4:00 pm (soccer field ) and I strongly recommend that all interested students attend.
