On Wednesday Sept. 23rd we will be hosting the first Cross Country Meet of the season here at The Hollow (beside the school). Runners will remain at school with the coaches and walk to the Hollow at 3:50pm, as the meet begins at 4pm. All students will sit as a team at the Hollow until called for their race. Following your child’s race you are welcome to stay and watch the other races or you may leave. All runners must inform one of the coaches when they are leaving the Hollow.   If you have any questions please see one of the coaches and checkout the sports tab on the school website. Remember, students should be running on their own outside of our regular practice times to develop their running endurance.  We look forward to seeing you on Wednesday.       Thank you for your help and cooperation.
