This week during our unit on Build it Up we tried to make the the strongest and tallest structure using only spaghetti noodles and masking tape.  The goal was to build a tower that would support a pencil top eraser on the highest peak.  Students were given pit-stops where they had the choice to choose more spaghetti or more tape.  It was a lot of fun, and very intersting to see their concepts come to life.
