Homework for the week: Read 15 minutes each night and record Practice Spelling words Math Sheet due Friday Spelling tests signed   Reminder: Picture day has arrived and is taking place tomorrow (Wednesday, September 25th)   Fall Fun Fair is being held at Saint Andrews School this Friday from 4:30-6:30 pm. A memo will be given to the students to take home with further details. Hope everyone can make it :)   In Literacy we have begun another component of Daily 5 (Work on Writing). Work on Writing builds on students writing skills and allows them independent time to work on their stamina to become better writers.   In Math we are continuing our unit on patterns with a specific focus on increasing and descreasing number patterns.   In Social Studies we are practicing using cardinal directions ( North, South, East and West). Students absolutely love working with maps.
