Welcome back! This past week we created our latest "Photostory" on Animals. The students really enjoyed presenting the video. Once I convert the file it will be uploaded :) Only 2 months from Friday until Christmas...eeeek!French - We will continue our topic on animals this week. Students will expand their prior knowledge and vocabulary to dig a little deeper and go on to describe either an animal they have at home and/or would like to have. By Friday, we will incorporate an art lesson into the unit in order to detail a weird/funny animal of their choice.  As always, please continue and read, record, and return your child's book along with his agenda and letter sheet daily. We will soon commence guided reading once the nightly reading books have been completed. Remember to review les "mots outils" located in the box on the bottom of the sheet for our word quiz on Friday. Math - We are nearing completion of our first unit in math on place value. Practice sheets will be sent home to practice throughout the week. There will be a quiz the following Monday. We also continue to practice numbers to 100 orally in class.
