Hi
everyone!
It
was another great day here at St. Andrew’s! This morning we had Language Arts
and the time flew by. We were busy bees! Ms. Gallant read another story by
Kevin Henkes, Wemberly Worried. What did she worry about? There were many
feeling words in this book. Do you remember any? Mrs. Comeau got us up and
ready to go with the IPICK song! It really gets us energized and ready to
learn. I even heard some children singing as they left school this afternoon.
In Math we are continuing to work and numbers and the grade 2’s gathered more
information for a new graph they are getting ready to create. Mrs. Robinson had
a really cool experiment over at the grade 2 table and the children were making
predictions as to what would happen to object when it was dropped in the water.
Did it float or sink grade 2? We also had a lock down today and the children
were absolutely awesome!! There was a notice that went home tonight in regards
to the lockdown for parents to look through! Please check your child’s homework
folder each night for any notices or forms that you may need to read or fill out!
I hope everyone has a nice night, a great sleep, and I will see you in the
morning!
