Welcome back from Thanksgiving weekend! I look forward to hearing everyone's stories from their extended weekend. I hope you enjoyed the "Me Voici” video. Throughout the year, we will continue to utilize technology as much as possible to expand our learning en Français. French - This week students will communicate their preferences at school by stating what they like "j'aime" and do not like "je n'aime pas."   1) "Ce que j'aime à l'école"...what I like at school 2) "Ce que je n'aime pas à l'école"...what I do not like at school Please continue and read, record, and return your child's book along with his agenda and letter sheet daily. We will soon commence guided reading once the nightly reading books have been completed.   Math - We continue to practice our numbers orally up to 100 in class. We are paying special attention to the 60 vs 70s and 80 vs 90s.Please refer to my web links in order to practice at home. Also, we will continue to work on our numbers unit in math. Last week we completed another 2 lessons. Students continue to review how to represent numbers symbolically and pictorially using base ten units. By Friday, my goal is to complete our first unit. Practice sheets will be sent how the following week in order to practice for our unit quiz. NOTICES:   * October Scholastic orders due Friday, October 17th  Let's have a great week!
