Jamboree – K-3 -- 12:30
4-5 -- 1:45
K-2 students may wear their costumes to school at the parent’s discretion. Please remember, the students will be outside, weather permitting, and masks may only be worn when the students go to the jamboree.
3-5 students may bring a costume and will be given an opportunity to change for the jamboree.
Students are not to wear face makeup to school, or bring it to put on for this event.

I will be sending home a school permission slip today with all students along with a memo from the province that is sent to the youngest member of each family. The memo from the province is about the New Brunswick dental and vision plan.

This week in Daily Five students will be Reading to Self, Reading to Someone,Word Work,Work on Writing and Listening to Reading. We are now practicing all FIVE!!! This weeks "no excuse" word wall words are...said,with,get,because,not. Student writing samples will be going home this week.

This week in Daily Five students will be practicing Read to Self, Read to Someone and Word Work.
This week's word family will be the ip family. We will also be working on blends such as:br,sp,tr etc. In writing this week the students are reminded to come with a "topic in their pocket". This is any topic that may be of interest to your child that will help motivate them in our daily writing exercises. This week we will be exploring the following five sight words. was,they,all,it,play.
