Hi Everyone The issue of Wow butter has come to our attention as a "peanut free" alternative product that is now available in area stores. As a precaution we are requesting that if you have students in your school with Peanut Allergies you request that  parents/cafeteria staff   refrain from including this as a lunch/menu item in student's lunches.  We are concerned that it will send confusing messages to young students and someone will inadvertently bring Peanut Butter. We are also concerned about how teachers would ever be able to police this. We have asked for direction regarding this product being brought into our schools and are waiting for a reply from the Department of Education and the Department of Health.
