Chess is alive and well on the Miramichi! 35 students from K-8 participated in the Miramichi Area Chess Tournament on Saturday, March 21st, hosted by Rexton Elementary.  Medals were awarded to the top three finishers at each level, and the top two finishers at each level are moving on to the provincial tournament in April.  Congratulations!
