World Autism Day

In support of World Autism Day, we are asking all students in ASD-N to show their support for persons with autism by participating in “Autism Hat Day”. On April 7, 2016 your child’s school will be participating in Autism Hat Day.  Students are permitted to wear a hat in school and contribute a small donation to Autism Resources Miramichi Inc. All proceeds from the fundraiser will be earmarked to children’s programs offered at the resource centre. Our programs for children include teen recreation and social activities, social skills program offered to school age children during summer, and special family social events.

Combined Home and School Event

On April 17^th a combined Home and School meeting@ 6.30pm will be held at Ian Bailey. This meeting is to discuss fundraising for playground equipment for our new school. 

Saint Andrews Home and School FundScrip Fundraiser

Our Home and School will be have their finial FundScrip fundraiser for the year this April. Students will bring home the order forms on Monday April 11th and all money and forms are due back on Tuesday April 19th. The Home and School would like to thank everyone for their support of this ongoing fundraiser.

Shave for the Brave

Saint Andrews is the first school in New Brunswick to host the Shave event on April 28; we are encouraging parents to support students participating in our Shave for the Brave, and you are more than welcome to join your club if you feel inspired by their commitment to shave!  The shave allows us to cultivate our children’s values of community and giving while having a huge impact on the lives of young adults dealing with cancer. More information will follow in the coming days.
