Mr. Savoy came into our class and taught the boys and girls how to use a GPS. We then ventured to England’s Hollow where students went on a geo-cashing adventure. Pictures to follow J   This week in Science, we are learning more about magnets. Students will have an opportunity to do a class activity to determine the polarity of a magnet. Students learned today that cows eat magnets to help prevent a potential disease.   In Math, students are working with money. We are trying to represent numbers in different ways using coins. The homework given goes along with the lessons this week.   In Literacy, students are continuing to work on their personal/narrative piece for writing. We have a certain writing recipe that students follow to help organize their writing. Something to look for during their homework is beginning and ending sentences correctly J    Stay tuned for more updates J
