French:  We are discussing our families and continuing to write our autobiographies.  This week we have started Daily 5!  Everyone is doing a great job too!  "Read to self" (lecture à soi) has been going great.  Read to someone is on the agenda for Thursday & Friday and i'm sure that will go great as well.  For sounds, we are almost done the alphabet and moving on to some common sounds we have already seen in our reading and writing (eau/au/o/ô & on/om).  Math:  The class did very well on the first unit test and we are jumping right into "Numbers to 1000" (place value, base ten blocks, pictures, money etc.)  For this unit it is important to be confident with numbers to 100 as we will be seeing big numbers regularly.
