For Valentine's Day this year we made our own chocolates and invited Madame Rousselle's class to join us.  We boiled chocolate and made them into different shapes and molds like hearts, X's & O's and chocolate cups.  They were really good and the students really enjoyed making and especially enjoyed eating them.  Happy Valentine's Day from 4 Prince and 5 Rousselle.
