It is a short week but the students do have a spelling test on Thursday.  The words are; feed             sleep            mean               dream        leaf   don't             make           about               for              their   We have been working hard in math class on skip counting by '5s, 10's and 2,s.  Counting by these numbers is usually pretty easy but it's a little more challenging when you have to start at various numbers.  For Example, start at 37 and counting on by 10's.  Try to work on these at home.  Practice makes perfect!   Also, we are having our penny drive this month.  Please bring in  lots of them so that we can purchase skating helmets for our school.  If we bring in the most money, we will win a popsicle party.   There is no school on Friday  as it is November 11th, Remembrance Day.  Please return all homework on Thursday.
