Today at Saint Andrews we are having our opening ceremonies/kick-off for the 2014 Winter Olympics. Each class is responsible for keeping a tally of a country's medal standings.  Our country is:  The Netherlands!  Each morning we will check to see if that country has won any medals and add it to our class chart and the school chart in the gym. We will also be keeping track of our own country's medal standings as well.  So if you get a chance to watch any of the Olympic coverage at home and know when either the Netherlands has a medal or Canada could you please let your child know on his/her way to school.
