Daily 5  occurs each day in our classroom.  As of now students have a choice of 4 activities to complete:  Read to Self,  Read to Someone,  Work on Writing, and Word Work. Students make their own choice and complete the work independently.  This helps build their reading and writing skills and their ability to work on their own.
