Welcome back! Can you believe we are already into the month of October? Students have made great gains, and I look forward to the many Halloween themed activities this month :)French - We will be finishing up our 4th week in French. Last week we learned how to express our preferences by stating what we like "j'aime" and do not like "je n'aime pas." We will quickly review these concepts again on Monday and Tuesday and move on to our next section which is all about animals. Please continue and read, record, and return your child's book along with his agenda and letter sheet daily. Once the 17 books have been completed, we will commence guided reading in class.Remember to read the sound sheet of the night (placed in agenda) and review les "mots outils" located inthe box on the bottom of the sheet. Quiz will be on wednesday. This week's words are the following: mon, ma, comme, mais, je peux, me, je vois, avec, bien, dans.Stay tuned for another special video presentation. It is in the works and students are enthusiactic to present. Math - We continue to practice our numbers orally up to 100 in class. Please refer to my web links in order to practice at home.
