Please continue to refer to Learn Alberta in my “links” sections for enjoyable math games pertaining to the units covered in class.Science - Bridges were the topic of discussion last week in class. We also took the time to plant wild flower seeds as we also began to explore plants and their life cycles. This week, we will go further and incorporate sols into the “mix.” Students will collect earthworms to be placed into various types of soil and see how each make out. Various groups will be tasked with ensuring that our worms are well fed and watered as well over the next month. In the end we will use the soil compositions to test for porosity, texture, etc. and how each holds up in relation to benefiting structures i.e. foundations and plant life.Reminders:- Scholastic orders for May will be sent on the 23rd-  Reading to occur nightlyLet’s have a great week!
